Return and Refund Policy
RomantiFilth™ is operated by RomantiFilth LLC. Because RomantiFilth™ merchandise is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or other buyer preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at contact@romantifilth.com as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the item and the problem
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns
Please do not return any merchandise without contacting us first. Return instructions will be provided when a return is authorized.
Merchandise sent back without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Incorrect Size, Color, or Change of Mind
Because each product is made specifically for your order, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds when the incorrect size or color was ordered or when you change your mind after the order has entered production.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Orders are submitted for fulfillment shortly after they are placed. Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.
If you notice an error in your order, contact contact@romantifilth.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you if production has not yet begun.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on your bank or payment provider.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
If you believe your package has been lost in transit or returned as undeliverable, contact us at contact@romantifilth.com with your order number so we can review the shipment and available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided at checkout.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
